Detail Design, Installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical Installation of STP and WTP Project under Ramky Infrastructure Limited under PHE, West Bengal, considering all prevailing conditions and is usually guided by requirement of the consumers.
We would take the requirement of various functional needs like MCC, Motors, Capacitor Bank, Push Button Station, Local Control Stations for Raw Sewage pump, Sludge Circulation Pump, Aerators, Screen Chamber, Chlorine Blowers, Motorised Gate Valves, Current collector and interconnection with PLC and DCS system.
Standards
All the design and installation considering all Indian Standard like Indian Electricity Rules as amended up to date and relevant IS codes of Practice IS: 7098 Part II-1988, IS:1554 – part I, IS:1255-1983, IS:2982, IS:2026, IS:7098 (Part-II)-1976, IS-3043, etc as applicable to the work.
WTP Project Scope
All Electrical works in WTP project. The Raw Water required will have to be collected from the impoundment through an Intake well with Access Bridge and pumped to the Water Treatment Plant through required pumping arrangement and Raw Water mains. Raw Water pumped shall be treated in the Water Treatment Plant.
The scheme covers the Water Treatment Plant. Water Treatment Plant shall comprise of Inlet Well, Parshall Flume, Flash Mixer, Alum, Polyelectrolyte Preparation and Dosing System, Flocculator (slow mixing), Plate/Tube setter or clariflocculator Rapid Gravity Filters with Overhead Elevated Service cum Backwash Water Reservoir (ESR), Pre and Post Chlorination Facility, Clear Water Reservoir, Chemical House, Laboratory and Filter Annex Building, Sludge Sump, Waste Water Collection Sump, Waste Water Pump House and Sludge Lagoon.
